Champagne taste on a beer budget - Someone who likes expensive things but can’t afford it.

香檳的品味,啤酒的預算- 這意味著他們喜歡昂貴的東西, 但他們買不起。

例句: Don’t listen to John. He has champagne taste on a beer budget.

Drink like a fish – To drink like a fish means to drink large quantities of liquid, especially alcohol.

例句: Whenever I go to a bar, I drink like a fish.

Water down – If you water down something, you make it weaker.
