Chefs in the big cities are now moving to the countryside. Many reasons drive chefs to open up shop in the countryside where the customers, produce, and attractions are different. Restaurants that promote farm-to-table will use local, seasonal produce in their dishes. 餐廳提倡原生態飲食會使用當季、當地食材做料理。
2. Spoiled for choice phr. 選擇太多被寵壞
Taiwan is a foodie country. We are spoiled for choice when it comes to food. 台灣是美食國家。我們都有太多美食選擇，也被寵壞了。
3. Mahi Mahi n. 鬼頭刀魚
Taidong and Hualien are the only places where mahi mahi can be fished. 鬼頭刀魚只有台東跟花蓮有。
